Dreams

Today, I chose to talk about my dreams, but not my dreams like "what I want from my future", I want to talk about the dreams that we have when we are sleeping.  I have been a person who dreams a lot, I remember when I was a kid, I had a lot of bad dreams but nice dreams too, but I have had the same three nightmares all my life!  One of them is with mummies at my house, the second is in a castle where an old man sells costumes, and the most recent bad dream is not always the same, but always is about something that scare me and I can’t shout.   At the last time I have been putting more attention to my dreams because I think they are saying something or could explain some thoughts that I have. May be who are studying psychology could know more about this topic.  On the weekend I was talking with my boyfriend, and we said that we should write our dreams at the morning for not forget them and then talk about them.I have nice dreams too, not all is bad dreams! And I like them a lot, sometimes I dream that I am on a trip, or I am with my grandparents, etc. I like when I am not sleeping but not wake, and I mix the reality with my imagination. And I like sleep in places that are not my home because I dream more than in my bed.

  1. You should try lucid dreaming. It's when you realize you are in a dream. Sometimes you can even control your dream and move freely. It takes a bit of training for most people, but others are naturally good at lucid dreaming.

  2. Dreams are interesting, but nightmares are so strange, last night I dreamed that someone kill me, it was to weird.

  3. Some people said, that dreams are messages of the Universe, so you have to put a lot of attention to them.

  4. Well, across my life i've dreamed a lot but I usually forget them a few hours after I wake up and since like three years ago that I write them when I consider it "relevant". Everyone can find patterns in his dreams or in the dreams of close people to us that can give us an idea of our deepest motivations, worries and fears, the symbols are not the same for everyone, but with practice you could notice yours.

  5. Write your dreams in the morning is a good idea, actually I have a dream journal (Is like a notebook when I write my dreams when I wake up)
